On XX/XX/year>, I filed a dispute with Chime regarding a {$41.00} charge from XXXX that I did not authorize. Under Regulation E ( Electronic Fund Transfers Act ), Chime is required to : Complete a prompt investigation, and Provide provisional credit within 10 business days if more time is needed, and Resolve the case within 90 days maximum. As of today ( XX/XX/year> ), more than 70 days have passed. Chime has not provided provisional credit, nor have they resolved my dispute. I have contacted them multiple times for updates, but I only receive generic responses such as still under investigation. This is a direct violation of Regulation E. The bank has failed to protect me as a consumer, and I have been out of {$41.00} for over two months without any resolution. I am requesting immediate intervention so that I receive the provisional credit and final resolution that the law requires.
