I am filing this complaint because the credit reporting agencies ( TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax ) have reported inconsistent and unverifiable information regarding my account with XXXX. These discrepancies violate the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 U.S.C. 1681i, which requires credit reporting agencies to ensure the maximum possible accuracy of the information they report. Since the dates and late payment notations reported by the bureaus are conflicting and can not be verified with complete accuracy, I am requesting that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) intervene to ensure the removal of these inaccurate late payment records from my credit reports
