Consumer Narrative
XXXX XXXX enrolled me in AutoPay and all payments were always withdrawn. After I canceled, the company failed to withdraw a small {$32.00} balance it had authorization to collect and instead sent it to Aldous & Associates for collections. No payments were ever missed, and I disputed the account. Despite my cease-communication request, they continued contacting me by phone and email. I request removal of any negative credit reporting, closure of the account at XXXX balance, and an end to all collection activity.
