On XX/XX/XXXX, I engaged Level One Law to consolidate and settle my credit card and loan debts. I was assured that they would negotiate with my creditors and have my accounts resolved within approximately one year. XXXX XXXX ( Never Delivered ) According to their contract, Level One Law agreed to provide : Debt Analysis Negotiation and resolution of debts within 1 year Litigation defense None of these services were ever provided. Payments Made Beginning XX/XX/XXXX, Level One Law drafted {$770.00} per month from my account. This continued until XX/XX/XXXX, totaling thousands of dollars paid. Approximately {$8500.00} in payments made to Level One Law. Breach of Promise and Misrepresentation Despite these payments, none of my creditors were ever contacted or negotiated with. I confirmed this directly with my creditors/lenders after receiving a notice of legal action against me from one of them. When I reached out to Level One Law, I was denied access to a manager, given no updates, and ultimately told they could not assist me.
