I sold some XXXX playoff tickets on XXXX and connected my paypal account for payment. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a payment of {$9500.00} USD and XX/XX/XXXX {$1200.00} USD. Other than these transactions I have extremely few transactions on my account, less than XXXX XX/XX/XXXX outgoing and incoming. On XX/XX/XXXX PayPal requested additional information on my account and on XX/XX/XXXX I received " Were unable to offer PayPal services for this account anymore '', which stated my funds would be available in 120 days which would be XX/XX/XXXX. Despite this, on XX/XX/XXXX, I received another email stating that " You can no longer use PayPal '' and that my money would be available in 180 days. I logged into my account on XX/XX/XXXX, and noticed that all of the money in my account had already been removed. I received no notice of this. On XX/XX/XXXX there was 3 transactions for " General Account Correction '' in the amount of XXXX and on XX/XX/XXXX more transactions all in different amounts removed an additional XXXX from my account. In 71 unique transaction amounts, PayPal removed the entire balance of my account. PayPal refuses to return my money and says I have caused " damages and POTENTIAL libablities '' as a result of violations of the terms and conditions however will provide no evidence. My XXXX has been stolen with no cause.
