Complaint Regarding Experians and Transunion 's Continued Reporting of Fraudulent Information To Whom It May Concern, I am submitting this formal complaint against Experian and Transunion for continuing to allow XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX to report late payments on an account that is closed and has already been disputed. I have filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission ( FTC ) regarding this matter, and I demand that Experian and Transunion immediately cease reporting inaccurate and fraudulent information.
