I ordered a XXXX and XXXX XXXX for my wife on XX/XX/year>. The tracking information stated that the package arrived in XX/XX/XXXX. I checked my mailbox, asked my neighbors, and no one saw or got it by mistake. I emailed the company multiple times but they have not replied. So I opened a dispute with AMEX, however, XXXX keeps showing them the shipping information and has not confirmed actual receipt of the clothes. So AMEX closed the dispute but I keep reopening it. XXXX is the most unethical company Ive ever dealt with. Moreover, XXXX falsified email records in telling the XXXX and AMEX that they sent me a response in XXXX, however, if you check my email history that is attached ; you can see that they are lying. I want XXXX to be held accountable for their actions. I am not the only person who has experienced this from them. See attached for more details.
