MECU garnished my check all last year and received the full amount owed, then sold it to another company : Cohn, Goldberg, and Deutsch who has now garnished my check again for {$770.00} which is not owed because the judgment was recorded as satisfied by the court. I would like all of my money returned as this has already caused a huge level of stress when they took {$18000.00} last year and almost caused me to be evicted. Please investigate both of these companies as I will be taking legal action now.
