Employment termination : XX/XX/XXXX. Employer : XXXX XXXX agency as a XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX : National Recovery Agency ( NRA ) XXXX sent me a letter informing me that NRA will reach out to me via phone or mail. Months go by and I don't receive any communication. After I recovered text messages for a seperate reason to this, I found a list of text messages deemed as spam/junk or scam/fraudulent messages or what ever they use to determining when to automatically block messages. I found the XXXX text message from NRA attempted to be delivered to me on XX/XX/XXXX. However, I had uncovered the message in mid XXXX, XXXX. I had expected a letter in thr mail to have been sent to me from NRA as XXXX had done. I promptly reached out to NRA on XX/XX/XXXX requesting for further information that im entitled to under the fair debt collection practices act ( FDCPA ). In part in included a request for the agreements of repayment obligations and policy 's that outline how the obligations are determined. NRA deferred me to XXXX, after back and forth emails and phone calls with their HR team, Crew Central, I never received the policy 's or signed agreements. The proof of payment they provided was based on elay record reporting from the third party repayment company, XXXX, that reports when they made the payments but XXXX only states the payments in payslip that covers XXXX weeks. After having to contact XXXX consistently getting no responses to my many emails or help over the phone, I reached out to my student loan provider/administor. The info I eventually received and provided to XXXX was still not sufficient. So I contact XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) in a form of a complaint but also a request for help. They provided me with official exact payments details that specified what day, amount and from whom the payments csme from ( XXXX ). XXXX was still being unreasonable even after I provided this documentation to them and werent accepting my proof from XXXX. They did state in an email that the amount of what I owe was incorrect due to no manual entry of it or therefore a person 's processing of it. Instead it was automatic based on edassist communication to them and date ranges as noted in my payslips. XXXX also mentioned that they could make the changes but haven't. My last communications from them were XXXX of XXXX.
