The company lied to the credit bureau and just jeopardized my residence with me and my family during my renewal process of my lease. Your company lied about me not making payments on my account since XX/XX/XXXX. The bill stating XX/XX/XXXX still is not XXXX days past due either. This incorrect false information needs to be sent to all XXXX credit bureaus to reflect the correct information and balance. I would like the transactions history confirming my payments I made to your company from the time of the open loan. Your agent via chat t confirmed : Payments made on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. However, even with receipt of these payments, the account shows past due for the XX/XX/XXXX bill for {$370.00}. The company made this false report XXXX to the credit bureau.
