Under FCRA 607 ( b ), furnishers are required to ensure maximum possible accuracy before reporting. These creditors have failed in that duty. Continuing to report unverifiable and inaccurate information constitutes willful noncompliance under FCRA 616 and negligent noncompliance under FCRA 617. Requested Relief : I am demanding the following corrective actions : Immediate investigation of the above accounts. Deletion of inaccurate, unverifiable, and obsolete negative information from my credit reports. Written confirmation from the CFPB and the furnishers that these corrections have been made. Compliance with all applicable laws, including FCRA, FDCPA, and bankruptcy protections under Title 11 USC.
