I contacted this rude agency for a verification of debt and settlement offer which I have never received. They refused to settle. I have explained my hardship. When I call they state they are going to suspend my license and garnish my checks. I called today for the amount due and I was informed twice they are unable to verify my amount and then state I ow {$7000.00} + amount. I request to settle and tried to explained my hardship and the representative told me they wont settle and she hung up. I called back and was informed the same thing. This is ruining my credit and my well being.
