On XX/XX/year> I opened my mail and received 2 letters from CHIME, each containing 1 credit card and 1 debit card. I DID NOT request these or open an account with CHIME. I did a quick XXXX search to see if this was like other companies that promote their cards but they do not send these as promotions. I found the customer support number for CHIME and reported this through the fraud line to close the cards and pursue the account closure. They did not provide me with information on how I will be notified of the accounts being closed, but did inform me that the cards were de activated ( even though I never activated the cards, so I think that means that the account is closed? )
