Merchant : XXXX, XXXX ( also operating as Ignite Connections ). Summary of Events : On XX/XX/XXXX, I signed XXXX XXXX XXXXice agreement with XXXX for real estate lead-generation services. The contract contains an explicit guarantee : XXXX guarantees that it will deliver at least 10 contacts to the CLIENT before the expiration of this agreement Should XXXX fail to deliver the number of contacts as specified above & the guarantee terms met, XXXX warrants that they will issue a FULL REFUND of the clients fees within 30 days of the expiration of the initial term. XXXX never delivered a single qualified contact or appointment during the 6-month term ( ending around XX/XX/XXXX ), despite repeated pivot strategy calls and my full cooperation. I requested a 50 % refundless than the contractually promised full refundbut the merchant refused and eventually stopped responding.
