Do yourself a favor and do not bank with Wells Fargo, I will be reporting them on every platform I can. This bank is a scam. weakest security ever and they will never ever fight for you, instead they make it so easy for scammers and robbers to take money from their system. I had a claim back in XX/XX/year> were my phone way stolen and out of my 7 banks the robbers were able to bypass Wells Fargo security and stole everything I had with Wells Fargo, and guess what? Wells Fargo sent me a letter stating that they " didn't believe '' my case.. yes, stated just like that. My XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX didn't think it twice to reimburse what a thieve stole from me ( yes they were able to use those XXXX banks via XXXX XXXX ) but they were not able to login into XXXX or XXXX 's apps, like they did with Wells Fargo. Customer service is rude, I went to a Wells Fargo location and even though they can't help with claims in their actual locations, the representative was even more surprised than me after hearing the Wells Fargo claim representative yelling at me over the phone. They are nice if you don't need them, well of curse... they have your money. But when time comes, they are even worst than the reason you need help for. I saw many videos of this happening, even before it happened to me and I couldn't believe it, just like you find hard to believe what I'm stating, but please don't make the same mistake I did and take actions before it's too late. Remember this, a thief bypassed Wells Fargo security on their app and had full access of my account, they only bank on my phone they were able to do it, and no, I did not have Face ID or my password saved on my phone at all. For the record I had file a police and FBI claim in regards this case, and not even with that Wells Fargo is wiling to take actions.
