I am submitting this complaint because the credit reporting agencies ( Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion ) have failed to properly address my disputes regarding inaccurate information on my credit reports. I have disputed the following accounts : XXXX XXXX, Account ending in XXXX not mine account, reporting as a collection account without verification, updates every month which affect my credit profile. This account is appearing across all XXXX of my accounts. Under FCRA 607 ( b ), I have a right to verification. This company has failed to provide a signed agreement or complete payment history. Per 15 USC 1681i ( a ), ( 5 ) ( A ), unverifiable information must be deleted. Please remove this account immediately across all three credit agencies. XXXX Account ending in XXXX This is a closed account being reported with Inaccurate information every month. This account is unverifiable and continues to affect my credit profile. Violation of XXXX XXXX XXXX ( b ), and 15 USC 1691i ( a ), ( 5 ) ( A ) and 15USC 1666b across all three credit agencies. XXXX XXXX ending in XXXX This is a closed charged off account reporting and updating with inaccurate information. Unverifiable account per my request. This is in violation of FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). I demand deletion per 611 ( a ) and 1681i ( a ) ( 5 ) ( A ) unverifiable and needs to be deleted across all three credit agencies. There is XXXX accounts same name on my report with the same account number different reporting inaccurate information that needs to be removed. Violation of FCRA 607 ( b ) and under 611 ( a ) and 623 ( a ) ( 3 ), unverifiable accounts must be deleted across all three credit agencies. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX This account is unverifiable and continue to report on my credit profile as a charge off account with a balance and updates every month. Per 15USC 1666b, inaccurate information and unverifiable account, Account needs to be deleted across all three credit agencies. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX payment history which has affected my credit profile across all XXXX credit agencies. This company is furnishing conflicting balances and delinquency dates across all XXXX credit agencies, violating FCRA 607 ( b ) and 15USC 1666b. Without signed contracts and payment records, this account must be deleted per 611 ( a ) I also have several inquires that has appeared on my credit profile that is unauthorized by me. Please remove these inquires from all three credit agencies. I dont have any assigned account attached with this creditor. XXXX.
