On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX I received a phone call from a male debt collator from Hillcrest Davidson & Associates in regard to an account that was from XXXX from XXXX XXXX in a business name not mine. I had told him that companies account was closed I had followed the steps like XXXX XXXX told me to do back in XXXX which was to write a letter and mail it in stating the company wanted to cancel their service effective immediately. The debt collector said I know I see the letter here, but this is your problem, this account is in your personal name not your business. I said that is not correct I never personally put this in my name I dont know how and why you are saying that when it was in my company 's name- even the letter from his company is addressed to the business not to me in regards to this, he called me a liar, when in fact he is straight out lying to me. He then went on degrading me and said if you were such a smart businesswoman you would make sure it's in your company 's name calling me stupid. I said I dont know why you're talking to me like this account was canceled account over 7 years ago, I dont owe this. He said you know what I am going to do just to teach you a lesson I am going to hit your credit with this. I am going to put this on your credit report for 90 days it will lower a hurt it, what do you think about that. I was crying hysterically. He then went on and started to read out loud my street address and asked me if that's where I lived! He said that's a beautiful house, it's really nice, how can you afford that if you can't pay this. This means he looked up wear I lived and is googling pictures of my house, completely violating my rights for what reason does he have. I told him I am not living there as I am scared for my safety. I was stated again this account was a business not mine and closed years ago, he said I you're a liar as I was talking, he hung up on me in the middle of my sentence.
