-Summary -- I am filing this complaint regarding a fraudulent payoff and mishandling of my VA-backed home loan, which directly violated my federal protections under 38 U.S.C.5301, RESPA, HUD regulations XXXX and related consumer protection laws. My loan servicers, including Planet Home Lending and XXXX XXXX, unlawfully stripped over $ XXXX in equity, failed to provide notice or proper disclosures, and disregarded my VA XXXX protections. These actions caused severe financial, emotional, and personal harm, while multiple agencies and courts have been provided with my XXXX, VA award letter, and deed documents but failed to stop the fraud.
