On XX/XX/year> I recieved XXXX back to back phone calls from GB Collects stating I owed them {$350.00} for a bill that XXXX ( my medical insurance ) overpaid because I wasnt covered on the date of service XX/XX/year>. I have contacted XXXX and my doctors office and they infact never sent me to collections, this isnt even the company they work with, also XXXX said they dont ever send people to collections, its always the provider. I was told to report this number. I asked to speak to a XXXX with the company and havent gotten a call back.
