I had been processing payment for my rental of an apartment through the landlord 's payment processing system. Out of the blue without notice the last payment was not processed. I had to make many phone calls to find someone who could verify that they did in fact stop my ability to pay that way. I was advised that I could set them up in bill pay on the PNC site and pay them electronically. I did, but this payment has not been processed despite being notified from their website that it had. I called today and was passed around to multiple people who could not help me and did not have the correct information. I am now in danger of being evicted from my apartment.
