Between XX/XX/year> and XX/XX/year>, my XXXX account was reported late ( XXXX, XXXX, and 90 days ). The original late payment occurred when XXXX switched platforms, and my account, previously set to autopay, was no longer set up for automatic payments after the transition. I was unaware of this change until the missed payment was reported. During this same period, I also experienced financial hardship, which I immediately communicated to the lender. They acknowledged my situation and placed me in a hardship program. Despite that, the account continued to show late payments. Since then, I have paid the account in full, and it is now closed with a XXXX balance. I have consistently made on-time payments on my other accounts. I have also sent multiple goodwill requests and disputes explaining these circumstances, but the late payments remain. I respectfully ask that the late payment history be reconsidered for removal, as the initial delinquency was caused by XXXX system change, I was enrolled in a hardship program, and the account has been fully satisfied.
