FINAL NOTICE OF WILLFUL NONCOMPLIANCE AND DEMAND FOR PERMANENT DELETION To Whom It May Concern, This complaint is being submitted as a final notice prior to legal escalation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), the Equal Credit Opportunity Act ( ECOA ), the Fair Credit Billing Act ( FCBA ), and applicable state laws. Despite repeated disputes, your company continues to publish data that is either unverifiable, inconsistent across credit bureaus, or reinserted without proper notice all of which violate my consumer rights. I have documented proof that your reinvestigation procedures failed to meet the requirements of 15 USC 1681i, including the obligation to provide a legally sufficient Method of Verification ( MOV ).
