Consumer Narrative
Hello We have a conventional home mortgage with an escrow account for taxes and insurance. EVERY time the mortgage is purchased by another servicer, this time XXXX sold to Freedom mortgage, the new company never has the info to pay the insurance. The tax information seems to be transferred no problem, but never the insurance. Why is this not a part of the mandatory information that is assumed by the new company. We get a notice of default and have to scramble to get all the info from the previous mortgage service company to the new one. Its nuts. Please fix this
