The following issues have occurred : Despite being fully current on my payments, I have been wrongfully told that I am delinquent. The lender unilaterally changed the interest rate on my loan without my knowledge or consent. During repossession, the company caused visible damage to the front of my vehicle. I have been subjected to ongoing harassment through repeated phone calls, text messages, and emails. These actions are inaccurate, unauthorized, and abusive. I request that your office investigate and take appropriate corrective action.
