XXXX Bank is reporting a charge-off of {$1800.00} on my credit reports. This account is not mine. I have disputed this with all three credit bureaus, but it has not been removed. This inaccurate reporting violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act, which requires furnishers to correct or delete information that can not be verified. Because of this false tradeline, my score has been harmed, I have been denied credit, and I have been forced to pay higher insurance rates and excessive auto loan interest rates.
