The last week of XX/XX/XXXX, I recognized my bank account was charged XXXX x XXXX. Upon reaching out to bank, and online company for fraud and refund. The company XXXX refunded me while I was on phone with bank ( bethpage fcu ) representative. I request that they have no more access to my bank account, block them as fraud. Company info refund would take about XXXX business days. XX/XX/XXXX bethpage fcu deducted from my account XXXX. They stated they gave me a credit for payments. I asked why was i not contacted, they fund in my account is accounted for. I just returned back to work XXXX. Inform, letter sent to address i not longer live at. And they had a right to take their credit funds back. Which I explained had i received letter I would have made proper arrangements. But now I have no funds and do not get job payroll until XX/XX/XXXX, ny XXXX employee. XXXX monthly. I was denied return funds to my account, and also informed that fee i would incur would be my responsibility, to my creditors for bounce payments. I feel XXXX XXXX practiced and procedures need to be investigated. Their practices protect the bank but not the consumes. The banking industry need to be transparent and open. I offered to make arrangements for my first check to pay balance in full. I was refused. I goggle XXXX XXXX and their is a LOT of complaints about this XXXX practices and procedures with this bank. Other banks offer XXXX methods of contact not just XXXX. To protect consumer and their name and business. My online account is was asked how to reach me, I put for text, email, letter, and secure email online. XXXX did not utilize none but XXXX. Why is this institution the XXXX company that do not utilize other forums of contact. They use XXXX, because this protect the bank not the consumer. I request that they be investigated for their banking practices. I am sure if anything class action was started their would be a lot of consumer that would have complaints about this. Try starting with Redit website i found a lot.
