Consumer Narrative
This is pertaining to a XXXX XXXX account and the account number is the one ending in XXXX supposedly. I have tried to have them remove this account for my credit because it is closed and been paid for by insurance. The last attempt I ended up receiving a letter on XX/XX/XXXX at 2025 is when it was printed from XXXX XXXX. In this letter it states that we are pleased to inform you that your claim regarding the account balance on your XXXX XXXX has been resolved in my favor and they credited the account the amount of {$110.00}. This just proves that they know it should be removed from my account or my credit reports. And they put it back on the credit with that deduction trying to make it look like I paid on the account that is closed. I did not and in the information and proof that follows you will see this. They need to remove this account from my credit if nothing else a XXXX gesture of deletion since they know they're shaming me.
