I have recently moved and needed my address to change. I filled out the remittance form for a change of address and have not received a bill in 2 months. I have tried mulitple times to call and get this matter resolved with Shellpoint Mortgage whos phone number is XXXX and I can not get thru. This number only plays commercials for hearing aids, medicare assistance, and other services that have nothing to do with the business I am trying to contact with no option to get in contact with anyone at Shellpiont Mortgage. If the XXXX button is pushed to try to get an operator, the automated system immediately hangs up on me.
