This collection should not be reporting on my credit file as this is unfair and incorrect. I was living at these apartments when I encountered various mold issues that then led me to the hospital, as I had been at that apartment for a while before I noticed I was living in a mold infested space. It was bad enough I was living in the mold but when it got serious enough that I had to go to the hospital was my breaking point. The foundation on the apartment was also falling. The apartment manager never uncovered the walls to check the mold even after I ended up in the hospital due to breathing problems. Please help me get this collection removed as it is hindering my ability to move into an apartment that DOES NOT have mold growing.
