I canceled my service with XXXX ; however, charges continued to appear on my account after cancellation. I called XXXX multiple times to explain the situation and was assured on each occasion that the issue would be resolved. Despite these assurances, the charges were not corrected. During one call, a customer service representative even recommended that I remove my autopay to prevent further unauthorized charges, which I did. I also attempted to explain this matter directly to Eastern Account System, the debt collector handling this account, but the representative refused to listen to my explanation or escalate the matter to a manager.
