My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX formerly known as XXXX XXXX ). I am a XXXX XXXX living on XXXX XXXX income. I am a victim of identity theft and fraud. In XXXX, a car salesman fraudulently used my personal information without my consent to add me as a XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and to purchase multiple vehicles in my name. I never signed any contracts, never agreed to be part of this company, and never received any money or benefit from these vehicles. On XX/XX/XXXX, one of the companys vehicles was involved in an accident. The cars were insured by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, not me. I had no ownership, control, or involvement with the vehicles. Despite this, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and its attorneys, Hiday & Ricke, P.A., sued me personally and obtained a judgment of {$21000.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. Under pressure of losing my drivers license, I agreed to a settlement for {$12000.00} and already paid {$2000.00}, even though I am not legally responsible for this debt. I have documentary evidence proving fraud, including : XXXX XXXX XXXX records showing my name added to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX without consent. Insurance card listing XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as the insured, not me. Letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX confirming company insurance was active on the accident date.
