I can not list one date in particular ever since I have had XXXX XXXX as the banking comp .. for my social security problems and with a lawsuit that I have been apart of in earlier years but with disputes as well as accounts opened people impersonating me taking the same amount for instance I took out XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX someone walked in and took out on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX this has been a problem. There are a few disputes but now there was someone that was going to work on it and help me at the bank but I ended up in prison in which I couldn't do it as soon as I got out and was able to call they were saying that the records of my accounts were gone now j do upon studying this they are in a sort of microphish and that all are stored of disputes that alot have been denied however I wouldn't dispute them if they were not disputes AND There is Soo much that I would have to sit down with someone and discuss it not over the phone. I would like to arbitrate this. And some banks arbitrate I would show them exactly wear its going wrong also there are a couple accounts that I believe are opened and sometimes those accounts I get their statement even though they are similar to mine identity theft is going on too starting from a bank a long time ago a credit union that is when I was about XXXX yrs old anyways I'd like to arbitrate please I have many files they will be produced when I arbitrate
