On XX/XX/XXXX PNC bank misapplied my additional principal check # XXXX written for {$610.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX PNC misapplied my additional principal check # XXXX for {$610.00}. Additional interest payments were applied because the checks were split out and the account was not corrected. On XX/XX/XXXX PNC bank misapplied additional principal check # XXXX written for {$610.00} after bank agent XXXX XXXX said it would not happen. On XX/XX/XXXX PNC bank misapplied my principal check # XXXX written for {$610.00}, after the bank kept the payment in their safe for 5 days! All checks were different from the regular mortgage payment which was paid on a separate check. Due to PNC error, both XXXX and XXXX 1099 forms were not accurate and more importantly, the principal balance on the loan is not correct. Now, after 18 months of dealing with this there is about a {$3000.00} difference between online bank statements, and paper statements which the bank will not mail out to me.
