XXXX XXXX emailed me that I had a hard inquiry on my account on XX/XX/XXXX on my Equifax credit report, so I went in and froze my Equifax. I also submitted a dispute for the inquiry on XX/XX/XXXX and the results of their investigation were that it was factual information and it would stay on my report for 2 years. Then I got another email on XXXX and XXXX that a new XXXX XXXX card was added to my account that I did not apply for and my score went down XXXX points. The card ended up getting mailed to my home so I called XXXX XXXX and cancelled the card telling them I did not open it. I just called Equifax and they told me to submit a dispute with the FTC and then give them a call back with the results and then my credit score would go back.
