I spoke to XXXX this morning who says no complaint to any entity can do anything about this reporting. I recently paid off my XXXX year mortgage XXXX years early, XX/XX/scrub> 2025. I have paid all my creditors on time with XXXX late payments. He said I have XXXX derogatory mark, which is old and wouldn't affect current score, especially XXXX points. I was told paying off a mortgage or auto loan early is negative to my score because the account is closed early. It's like you make a monumental life accomplishment and you are rewarded negatively. You take XXXX steps forward with your credit score and get XXXX steps backwards. He said my credit card usage is higher than 30 % and I said they are all paid on time monthly, so if you use your credit It's negative and if you don't pay it's negative. In this economy a lot of people are using more credit, except the rich folks. We the middle class, now on the verge of the poor class, can not get ahead. I believe this is an inaccurate reflection of my credit worthiness and needs to be corrected.
