To Whom It May Concern : I am submitting this complaint because the credit bureaus ( Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion ) continue to report obsolete charged-off accounts on my credit file in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) 605 ( a ). The following accounts are still being reported even though they are more than 7 years past the Date of First Delinquency : XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Account XXXX XXXX Charged Off {$0.00} balance XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Account XXXX XXXX Charged Off {$0.00} balance XXXX XXXX Be Account XXXX XXXX Charged Off {$0.00} balance According to the FCRA, negative accounts must be removed after 7 years from the Date of First Delinquency. These accounts are older than 7 years and should no longer appear on my credit report. I have already disputed these accounts directly with the credit bureaus. Despite that, the accounts remain, continuing to damage my creditworthiness. Requested Resolution : Immediate deletion of these obsolete accounts from my credit reports with all three credit bureaus. Written confirmation that the deletions have been completed. I am attaching supporting documentation, including : Screenshots of the accounts still appearing on my credit report My previous dispute correspondence with the credit bureaus Thank you for your attention to this matter.
