Since both XXXX and Equifax have acknowledged breaches of my personal information, it is directly relevant that Experian is now reporting incorrect and fraudulent information on my credit file Becase my personal data was illgeally accessed during the XXXX and Equifax data breach, and equifax. Following these breach notifications, I discovered negative and unauthorized information on my credit reports and immediately contacted Experian, Equifax, and XXXX to dispute the items in question. I provided the necessary documentation to support my claim, explaining that these debts were not incurred by me and are tied to fraudulent activity resulting from the data breaches. Despite my efforts, Experian, denied my disputes, asserting that the information had been verified and leaving fraudulent entries, inaccurate addresses, and unauthorized inquiries on my credit reports. This denial has caused me significant distress, negatively impacting my financial stability and mental well-being, as the inaccurate information continues to harm my credit profile.
