I obtained a car loan for a XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, the dealer and I agreed on my first payment to be on XX/XX/XXXX for the amount of XXXX. However, when I received all the banking information needed in the mail and created the account the bank FourLeaf Credit Union had charged me a late fee and the first payment on XX/XX/XXXX. I did dispute the fact I had signed the contract at the dealer, went to the dealer and verified that it was due on XX/XX/XXXX, but the bank says its in their contract ( which they have not provided ) and only gave me the option to move the payment to the end of the loan, expanding the loan term and adding extra interest to the account. The bank did not honor the commitment I made to the dealership of XXXX XXXX XXXX in the XXXX XXXX XXXX. Not only did I have to pay a payment much earlier than the agreed date, but now I have to pay them again on XX/XX/XXXX. I tried calling the bank, I verified the information with my dealer, and I the dealer claims the term amount is the same because whats on their contract, so either I made an extra payment or technically the dealer contract is a month ahead and the contract should end ONE month prior to the date shown on their end. Fourleaf has acted aggressive with their lack of resolution and options, however, I hope they realize the mistake or have a better explanation than its the contract, want me to show you the contract. Again, Ive tried. Even the dealer is telling me one thing and showing me proof of what I agreed on while the bank did not give me a notice or explained how they changed the due date. Instead they charged me on a date I had no idea on and added a late fee. Please help, because I was able to pay it and I dont want the next person making business with FourLeaf to be caught off guard with their tactics.
