On XX/XX/XXXX I was trying to pay my XXXX XXXX subscription for XXXX. I received a text from PayPal asking if I was attempting to make the charge I said yes. I then paid my XXXX subscription of XXXX. The next day we were making a payment with our PayPal and and it declined it. I looked at my PayPal online banking and it showed a double charge of XXXX. I filed a complaint and I have called 4 times.i also spoke to two supervisors all of them saying something different. One associate said it was a duplicate charge. I was told that I have to wait til the XX/XX/XXXX for an answer from PayPal to see if I get a refund. They our holding money illegally to receive interest I believe.
