XXXX Chime closed my account claiming they were sending me refund check I had to have them so call cancel the first one and send it to another address Ive never received not one or either supposedly checks sent no email follow up like they say will be done its ridiculous \n\nIve been with chime since 2017 they just recently closed my accounts XXXX they locked from accessing my account an getting my money I get a government check from social security for my mental Ive called them over and over and over again they give me no answers I called this morning my money is still on my account so how did they ever mail me a check 2 1/2 months ago. This is ridiculous my accounts shouldve never even been closed in the first place'
