I am sending regarding the results of the recent dispute I submitted concerning the accuracy and completeness of the information being reported on my credit file. I appreciate your investigation, but I disagree with the outcome, as the account ( s ) listed below were returned as " verified '' without providing me with the details of the investigation. Please provide the following information for each disputed account : The name, address, and contact information of the entity that provided the information you used to verify the account. Who did you interview regarding the aforementioned account?
