i lived in XXXX and paid my rent every month and only stayed there one year till my lease was up, the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX ca. but i got charged additional time of living there which i did not live there anymore plus if u didnt pay ur rent on time they would put a XXXX hour notice on ur door for you to move out so theres no way possible to live there without paying rent, The manager was arrested after i moved out and a new manager got hired but yet its on my credit report that i was still living there and that i wasnt paying my rent.This is false information and its hurting my credit very badly i should not be punished for someone elses mistakes .. its on my credit as " XXXX XXXX XXXX for the amount of XXXXXXXX XXXX and my personal information was sent/sold to a 3rd party which i know is highly illegal!!!
