I am submitting this complaint regarding TransUnions failure to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), and Metro 2 reporting standards. Despite my dispute dated XX/XX/XXXX, TransUnion continues to report inaccurate, unverifiable, and nonMetro 2 compliant information, including faulty inquiries, inconsistent identifiers, and defective tradelines. I demanded that TransUnion retain only accurate, complete, timely, and Metro 2 compliant data, and permanently remove any unverifiable or inconsistent reporting. TransUnion is reporting multiple unverified inquiries, including but not limited to : XXXX XXXX ( XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XX/XX/XXXX ) XXXX XXXX ( XX/XX/XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XX/XX/XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XX/XX/XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XX/XX/XXXX ) TransUnion is also reporting late payment history with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Acct : XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that has not been properly verified or corrected to meet Metro 2 compliance. Furthermore, TransUnion continues to publish incorrect personal identifiers ( including outdated names, addresses, and employer data ), despite my instructions that only verified identifiers should remain. Supporting Facts : I provided my correct personal identifiers ( name, DOB, SSN, address ) in my dispute and directed TransUnion to delete all nonmatching or unverifiable identifiers. The listed inquiries and account tradelines remain on my file even after my XX/XX/XXXX dispute, with no proof of permissible purpose or Metro 2 compliance. Metro 2 guidelines require accurate, consistent, and certified reporting across all bureaus ; TransUnion has failed this standard. These actions represent willful noncompliance under the FCRA ( 15 U.S.C. 1681 ), FDCPA, and FACTA.
