Consumer Narrative

I saw an ad on XXXX regarding XXXX XXXX XXXX and helping with a tax bill. I owe the IRS over {$50000.00} and they told me for {$500.00} they could help me. This was in XXXX of this year. I was unable to generate the money to pay them and they kept calling and calling and calling me until one day I answered and I was talking to them and they told me that I could get on an installment plan. The installment plan was supposed to have been for {$200.00} a month and I agreed to that and the representative told me that was fine. He said he was going to send me over some paper so that they could get started on my case. In that Paperwork I assumed because he told me that it was just so they could get started and talk to the IRS was something from a company that I now know is XXXX XXXX. They took a loan out from them for {$8500.00}. I received an email from XXXX about a {$8500.00} loan that I will start repaying XXXX some dollars on XX/XX/XXXX. I immediately contacted them and told them I did not want any parts of that because who is XXXX I didnt have anything to do with them because The way my financial situation is if I was going to take out a {$8500.00} loan it wouldve come directly into my pocket and not into a company pocket. I contacted XXXX and told them that I did not want this loan and I was told that I had to get XXXX XXXX choice to cancel this loan. I got XXXX XXXX choice to notify them too that they would refund the money to them and they said that XXXX refused to receive the money back because of a contract that I had with them that I did not even know I had with them. If they have followed the procedures that I have on my credit report, which is an extended seven year fraud alert then they wouldve contacted me at that phone numbers that are listed on there, which are up-to-date. I would have been asked if I was trying to open up a line of credit With their financial institution according to the procedures that have been done whenever I have actually opened up any kind of Loan in the last seven years. None of these things happen and they just open the account. I googled and found that financial institutions are required. Whenever there is a fraud alert on the credit bureaus and I have one on all three of the major credit bureaus to contact me before Extending a line of credit. I really need help with this situation because Ive just gotten in my credit on track and theyre reporting to the credit bureau these things.
