Consumer Narrative
To Whom It May Concern, I am filing this complaint to formally request the Consumer Financial Protection Bureaus intervention regarding Bridgecrests ongoing and negligent reporting of inaccurate information on my auto loan account. Despite multiple disputes and reinvestigation requests submitted directly to XXXX, they continue to report false and misleading data across all three major credit bureaus, XXXX XXXX XXXX TransUnion. These inaccuracies include dates, payments. balance, late payment date information continues to change, inaccurate information on the profile has changed as well. Every report that is made creates more inaccuracies on the report. They have persisted for an extended period despite my repeated efforts to resolve the matter. XXXX has failed to provide accurate verification or make necessary corrections, and their lack of responsiveness has caused significant harm to my credit profile and financial opportunities. I have requested that the account be permanently removed from my credit reports due to their inability to report accurately and consistently. Their conduct reflects a serious breach of professional and regulatory standards. I am now requesting that the CFPB demand XXXX permanently remove this account from all three credit bureaus. I am prepared to provide supporting documentation, including dispute records, correspondence, and credit reports, to substantiate my claim. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust the CFPB will take appropriate action to protect consumers from negligent and harmful reporting practices. - Continued reporting of false information after a dispute XXXX constitute willful noncompliance, which can lead to legal liability. - The Fair Credit Act- Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) Federal Law - Credit bureaus and furnishers ( like XXXX ) are required to report accurate and verifiable information I am requesting that the account ( XXXX ) is permanently removed from all reporting Creditors immediately.
