XX/XX/year> I learned my Debit card bank account was locked due to not having the means to pay my quick loan. I have been without an income for the past 3 months. I reached out to the bank prior to this to try and get a skip a payment or some type of financial relief but they could not help me. I have been banking with this bank for over 5 years but the treatment is not helpful. There has been times that funds were transferred from my savings to my checkings or even to pay my loan without my consent. This bank does this randomly as it is not consistent. I am unable to pay my loan so they have locked my account where I could not access my funds which is wrong. I have finally got back to work which was explained but because they have this automatic system that locks their members accounts no one could help me after I tried to avoid this by reaching out.
