For now I would say the 5th or 6th time I have asked for this account to be removed due to false and inaccurate and incorrect information. They have continued to report false and defaming accounts on my credit report, which I now will assume is deliberate. First of all the account Im referring to is an account associated with XXXX XXXX XXXX Not only are they agencies reporting and inaccurate balance due to the fact the balance being reported is incorrect, and also the closing of the account is inaccurate as well and for these reasons under the FCRA this account needs to be removed for inaccurate reporting immediately. Instead they have not only stalled in looking I to these things, they have also been placing derogatory marks on this closed account. If the car was repossessed in XXXXXXXX XXXX according to federal law there is a time frame of 120 days then the account must be closed. That would make the true closing date of this account XXXX. Theses agencies have not done there due diligence in this matter or they would not be okay ing derogatory marks and reporting on a closed account. This is a violation of my consumer rights and now Im starting to feel like even my request to have this account removed had falling on def ears. Including the ears of the CFPB. I will next file a complaint with my Florida attorney general if the CFPB can not force these agencies to remove this inaccurate account from all my credit reports! All of the immediately.
