I went online, I saw a site. XXXX I wasn't sure if it was secure, but I saw that affirm was attached to the site. So I assume the site was secure, because affirm was on it as a financier. I made a purchase on XX/XX/XXXX. As at the XXXX of XXXX, I still had not gotten even tracking information or confirmation of the order, so I called affirm and said, I suspected this to be a scam. And ask them to cancel the loan. They refused and said that there was tracking information. I pointed out. I never received anything from the vendor so I'm not sure how they got that information. They decided that they were going to pay the vendor I again went back to them and said, take your money back. I have not received anything. They finally disputed it after many going back-and-forth on XX/XX/XXXX, and recently, they told me that the found in favor of the vendor. I asked, what information did you use? To secure, that decision, did they show you tracking information that showed it was delivered to my address? And I was told they could not provide that information. I would be required to pay the loan. I did not receive the item. I was home all day when it says it was delivered. Nothing came to. This was more than a month later than when it said it should be delivered. I have never received any communications from the vendor. They're the only one who seems to be getting information from the vendor and says that they have tracking information, the number that they gave me showed up on a repository tracking site. That tracks general information and it says it was delivered to XXXX, TX I do live in spring but spring is very large. A package can't just be delivered to XXXX. It needs to be delivered somewhere in XXXX. My address is not on this. My name is not even there to say it was delivered to XXXX In XXXX Texas. I also provided them with an email from vendor, saying that they do not recognize the order and that they believe this to be a scam and I should get my monies back. I passed on this information to affirm and affirm turned around and told me that I needed to still pay the loan because they have a tracming number from the vendor. So I can not understand if the Company is saying they do not recognize the order. ( I gave email to affirm ). And it is a scam and I am telling affirm I did not receive it. And I am also showing them that the delivery information does not match mine. Why they're insisting on finding in favor of the vendor and not collecting the money, the only thing I can think is that this is a scam. Because affirm was attached to it as financier. So they do know how to get in touch with Vendor they must have an account if they're attached to their site like that, and you can do a payment to them like that, but they refused to take their monies back and are insisting that I pay for it, I refused to pay for something I did not. get. Affirm site, says if something like that happens, they will dispute it and get the monies back. Now, they're insisting instead that I pay for something I did not get when they could just easily take the money back from the vendor. They are threatening to put this against my credit.
