XX/XX/year>. Chime closed my credit builder account with {$250.00} in the account. Due to me filing bankruptcy. They did not send a correspondence stating they wer closing my account to give me a chance to move my money to the chime checking account. I received an email in XX/XX/year> that my account was closed. Not knowing til I tried to use my card and it would no longer work. I called on XX/XX/XXXX and told that a check would be issued on XX/XX/year>. That date has come and went. No check has been issued. I called again XX/XX/year> I was transfered to XXXX different people. The first XXXX saw my account saw the money.. but was told it only XXXX. I asked when I will get my money they said oh no you don't get that money back.i said that is my money from my payroll check from my job. Not a line of credit. Not borrowed money. I got transfered again and was told someone would email me. I got an email from XXXX stating they are looking into it. That was on XX/XX/XXXX @ XXXX that they are looking into it. I emailed on XX/XX/XXXX asking for an update, no response. Again on XX/XX/XXXX asking for an update. No response finally she responds that they are still looking into it. I respond back saying that I want my mone.No response. On XX/XX/year> I email again asking for an update. By now its been almost XXXX months. Remind XXXX of this. I get a response XX/XX/year>, they are still looking into it. I emailed again on XX/XX/year> asking for an update. No response. I email XX/XX/year> asking for an update. No response. And emailed again XX/XX/year> asking for an update. No response. They have stolen my money with no real cause. And I just want my money back.
