Sent to PayPal XXXX XXXX Withdrawal request to my bank account XXXX XXXX paid a extra {$25.00} for instant transfer The amount was {$4800.00} I called PayPal multiple of times On Friday XXXX XXXX when the transfer during the XXXX hour didnt go through I called PayPal and was informed that something was wrong with their system and should be back working before the day was over Still was in pending status over the weekend. Called again on Monday XXXX XXXX same problem was informed they was still working on it Called again Tuesday XXXX XXXX and did chat on their website the agent on the phone said they were still having problems but on their website chat it said the problem was resolved Called again Wednesday XXXX XXXX PayPal still claimed they were having the same issue and they were working on it and my payment should be in my bank account by Friday XXXX XXXX. I asked to speak to a supervisor the agent said they will call me back never got a phone call back. Called again XXXX XXXX they said they are having the same problem with no update when it will be fixed I finally was transferred to a supervisor but the supervisor gave me the same answer about their system that some accounts cant transfer their money to their bank account and I asked can they cancel the payment and send it back to my PayPal so I can at least be able to pay my bills from there and they said it wasnt giving them the option too. I then proceeded to transfer {$10.00} to my bank account and it went instantly thru with no trouble but my {$4000.00} is still pending. PayPal didnt inform anyone about the problem with their system when it first happened because if I would have known I would have never sent my money to PayPal to be instantly transferred to my bank account. They didnt give anyone any options to cancel in which would have been better than waiting over a week for their payment.
